Customer hosting instances, MariaDB databases, and RunMail services reside on isolated hypervisors and storage pools. All portal management traffic is protected by end-to-end 256-bit TLS encryption. Administrative operations require multi-factor hardware security tokens and strict role-based access controls.
4. Cookies and Session Storage
We use strictly essential HTTP cookies to maintain authenticated sessions, store security CSRF tokens, and preserve your portal interface preferences. We do not deploy third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Data Retention & Right to Erasure
Active service logs and backups are retained in accordance with your account SLA and applicable legal compliance requirements. You may request full account and data termination at any time by opening a support ticket through our verified support portal.
