1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the RunHost portal, ordering cloud hosting packages, registering domain names, or utilizing any of our APIs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Account Responsibilities & Security
Customers are solely responsible for safeguarding portal login credentials, API secret keys, and configured passwords. You agree to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) where recommended and immediately notify RunHost Support if unauthorized access or a security breach is suspected.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
RunHost infrastructure may only be used for legitimate, lawful purposes. The distribution of malware, initiation of denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, hosting of phishing pages, transmission of unsolicited bulk commercial email (SPAM), and violation of third-party intellectual property rights are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
4. Billing, Invoices & Subscriptions
Hosting services, domains, and add-ons are billed according to the agreed billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Invoices are due on the date specified on the billing statement. Failure to settle outstanding balances after the grace period may result in service suspension and eventual termination as defined in your contract schedule.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime
RunHost strives to maintain a 99.99% network and power availability across our production edge nodes and primary data centers. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated via the portal notification system with advance notice whenever technically feasible.
